Opened products cannot be returned.

The product was purchased within the last 14 days, and you have only seven days if the package was opened.

The product must be in the same condition you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging as sent to you.

It must include all contents and instructions.

You must not have used the product.

For electronics: You cannot return any product you have used.

Change of mind without reason

You have the right to cancel your order, and returns are possible under certain conditions and circumstances only.

If the package has not been opened, you can return it within 14 days of the order.

Clothing: Not refundable if its attached tag is missing.

Other products: If the package or product is in its original condition and includes all its accessories.

Refund

If you received the product

We will evaluate the returned product, including its return fees (excluding shipping fees, which you will bear). This applies to:

Any damaged or defective product.

Any product you received by mistake from us, whether the mistake was in the product itself, its price, or delayed delivery.

If you did not receive the product

You are entitled to receive the value of a product you ordered but did not receive if you canceled your purchase order.

Non-Returnable Products

You cannot return the following products:

Personal products that cannot be shared by individuals.

Products that spoil quickly or any product you ordered that has expired while in your possession.

Products opened after delivery for health protection and hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item after evaluating its non-compliance with the return conditions and at our sole discretion.

Returned Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risks of returning our products to us. Therefore, when we send a shipping representative to the address you provided, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the product during shipping. We therefore ask you to return the product via postal service or any secure service. We also cannot issue a refund without proof of receipt.

Gift Returns

Sometimes we may give gifts to those who shop at our store. Therefore, if you wish to return a gift after it has been shipped to you, our compensation in this case will be a store credit equal to the value of the gift, deposited into your store account.
